Delivery
Digital portraits are emailed as download links, normally within minutes of payment. Prints (posters, framed posters, canvases) are made to order and normally arrive in about 5–7 business days within the US. See products & prices.
Refunds
Every order has a 7-day satisfaction guarantee: if you're not happy, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll revise your portrait for free or refund you. Damaged or misprinted prints are replaced free. Full details: Refund Policy.
